Obituary of Betty Ayles

Betty Ayles, of New Scotland, NB; passed away peacefully with her sisters Helen and Bonnie at her side on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at the Dr. Georges Dumont University Hospital. Born in Moncton she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mabelle Ann (Fisher) Ayles, Betty loved life and everything about it, the beauty of nature, the kindness of others, the gentleness of loving and caring for all aminals and birds. She also enjoyed family drives, eating lobster, A&W Root Beer and the love of her best friend and sister Helen, they had an unbreakable bond. Betty will be sadly missed by loving sisters, Bonnie Jensen (the late Leif) and Helen Ayles (Betty's best friend) and sister; by her aunts, Alice and Sheila and by her uncle, Alvin; as well as numerous friends. Visitation from Fergusons Riverview Funeral Centre, 214 Pine Glen Rd, Riverview will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, from 11:30 am to the time of the funeral service at 2:30pm. The service will be held from Fergusons Riverview Community Chapel with Pastor Doug Steeves officiating. Interment will be in Coates Mills Cemetery, Coates Mills NB. Donations in Betty's memory made to the Kidney Foundation (kidney.ca) or to the Dialysis Unit at the Dr. George Dumont Hospital (dumontfoundation.ca) would be appreciated.
